Products:

Kachi offers earrings, necklaces, and bracelets made from beautiful gemstones, sparkling Swarovski crystals, wonderful glass beads, Bali silver and a variety of fresh water pearls, along with some precious shells from the island of Maui. All clasps are sterling silver or gold fill.

Every charm bracelet will include a gift of Maui. It may be sea glass or a beautiful piece of shell, also a sterling silver charm representing the islands of Hawaii selected by the artist, ending with a sterling silver toggle clasp.

All earrings are made with sterling silver or gold fill wire, there is no base metal used in any of the pieces.

Sizing:

Bracelets: 7.0 fits a medium frame, 8.0 fits a large frame. All end with a lobster clasp. If you have a small wrist please keep in mind that the beads take up volume around the wrist. If you would like a bracelet to be smaller or larger than the sizes listed on the website, please email me with your custom order request.

Necklaces: available in 16” and 18” lengths, with a lobster clasp. All necklaces come with up to 1” of additional chain for individual adjustment. If you would like a necklace to be smaller or larger than the sizes listed on the website, please email me with your custom order request.

Custom orders: While the majority of our customers find the standard sizing and styles to their liking, a few customers may want other options. We have worked hard to establish our product lines and gemstone selections, but acknowledge that there may be minor style changes you wish to make. Custom Order items can take an additional two to four weeks to be shipped depending upon the request. If you are in a rush for a Custom Order item, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you when you need it. All Custom Orders are non-refundable.

Cleaning and care:

Although all Kachi pieces are made to the highest quality, do not wear your jewelry to bed, while swimming, in the shower or doing household chores.

To maintain the original condition of your silver jewelry, polish your pieces regularly using a non-abrasive cleaning cloth.
Soap and water will also help keep your silver looking good. Always use a soft cloth to dry. Toothpaste and an old toothbrush is also a good way to remove tarnish from silver.
When you are not wearing your silver jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place. A resealable zip bag is ideal for this and will help prevent tarnishing or scratching by other pieces. Every piece is sent out in a resealable zip bag and a sachet.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT:

put Hematite in an Ionic cleaner
put pearls, stones or crystals in an ultrasonic cleaner
immerse your silver jewelry in chlorine, salt water, mineral springs and suntan lotion
wear while doing household chores as some cleaners contain bleach
use commercial jewelry cleaner “dips” if you have stones, crystals, pearls etc.

Caring for Pearl Jewelry: Proper care can preserve and extend the life of pearls. Extreme dryness is damaging; pearls are also sensitive to acids, perspiration, cosmetics, and hair spray. Since they are relatively soft, they can be easily scratched. Do not use a Silver Polishing Cloth with Pearl Jewelry.

Repair:

If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of “abnormal” wear, I'll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price I can. As with all fine jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things are unsuitable for fine jewelry.

Provided that your selected item is in stock, it will be shipped within five to seven business days upon receipt of payment. If any delays arise, we will send you an email as soon as possible. Orders of two or more items will receive FREE shipping.

Returns:

I will happily refund your money, less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. I will exchange your item, less the shipping charges, within 90 days of purchase. In both cases, merchandise must be in “as new condition” and in original packing materials. Please contact me to let me know that you are returning something for refund or repair. Please insure your returns in case of loss or damage in shipping, as I cannot give refunds or exchanges for items that don't arrive back to me in the condition they were sent.

All custom and special orders are not refundable.
